About Me

My name is Diantha Vrede, a 39 year old mother of one. I established Roots Holistic Therapy in 2020. After years of living, healing and reclaiming my own truth I came to the discovery that nothing is what it seems and yet everything still is! The realisation that we can let the past go from what it is through truth, acknowledgment, acceptance and stand firm with our own power, gifts and talents from there is why we are here. It leads to liberation and freedom!

I truly believe in the power of oneness from within. Letting the forces of the masculine, feminine and innner child come together with God, from and within our authenticity. This means letting go of the heaviness of all that you have been carrying, knowingly or unknowingly, since day one. All the conditioning, trauma, hurt, pain & resentment.

All that doesn't resonate with your highest self.

Your healing journey is one that can bring you alot of aspects and tools for your further journey here on earth but the goal is to step into prosperity, love, abundance, and devotion within yourself while enjoying life.

Healing at Roots Holistic Therapy is based on the holy matrimony of the masculine, feminine and inner child energies which will accelerate your whole state of being, doing and creating.

The foundation of who we are and where we stand is family. It is the Root of our world and our society, that deliberatley has been broken by the system so that we cannot fully stand in our love. Our goal is to reclaim our truth from there so that you can stand firm in who you are and what you believe in without fear. In order for you to be able to do that, you have to know where you come from and what has been done to you that has been blocking this energy, on multiple levels. This is where the healing part of the ancestors, mother lineage, father lineage, inner child, conditioning from society and more comes in.

Through and with the help of plantmedicine, breathwork, inner child healing, energyhealing, healing your masculine and feminine energies, knowledge and wisdom of your body, mind and soul, therapies and more, I am here to help you come to the realisation that you are your own healer and that you can reclaim that truth only from within your body, which is your temple & your kingdom.
