During a therapy & coaching course, I will guide you to your highest and truest self with various healing methods, coaching techniques, energy healing and more. The session is for those that want to dive deeper into who they are, why they are here and also for reconnecting with their truest self in the process. We will look at the patterns and blockages that have conditioned themselves in your life and unlock the gifts and treasures that are waiting to be opened by yourself!
You will reconnect with all layers of who you are from a healthy and balanced flow starting from within! These sessions are all about transformation from the core, the root of your being and existence.
I will also give you the tools that you can use to guide yourself throughout your life from the last session forward, as we ofcourse, are our own healers and best person to trust!

Depending on your help request, we will discuss beforehand how many sessions are necessary. The session can also take place online. Energy is always present no matter where you are!
The Ancestral & Generational Family Package is for people that are ready to dive deep in the blockages on an ancestral and generational level. We will connect with all family members that are ready to step into the next fase of their lives. We will discover all family lines, often going generations back, from a place of truth and acknowledgement. Triggers, trauma's & the redline within the stories of the ancestors will be revisisted and renewed from love so that you can see and experience what stories have been carried throughout the family line from generation to generation. The patterns, reflections, mental and emotional blockages from then and now will be exposed thus cleansing the dna on a deep cellular level, removing the most recent blockages within the family and moving downward to the root of the family line.
All stories from a place of love will also be empowered. How the genetics in a family line work and how you can all step into your family roles will be shown during this process. The process consists of different stages per family member and the family as a whole, so that you can all thrive on an individual and family level from truth, acknowledgement, and your connection with God. Letting all stories of the past stand in truth and following love from there on out.
The integration session is for those who have had a healing session or ceremony in the past with Roots Holistic Therapy and are ready to integrate into the next fase of their life. You have done the work that is needed during your healing session and afterwards, guided by the Universe and now you are ready for the next fase. I will give you the insights and knowledge that is needed at this new moment in your life so that you can feel and experience through the old fase with gratitude and step forward with confidence and know how into the next. A nice, refreshing session for yourself after the first level(s) of your healing has been done.
